Liberty Festival 10 Year Anniversary Celebrations

2012 marks 10 years of Liberty, London’s annual Deaf and disabled arts festival presented by the Mayor of London. To celebrate this landmark anniversary, a showcase of artists from previous years together with some specially commissioned new work is being presented during Unlimited.

Liberty 2012 takes place at several locations on the first weekend of the Paralympic Games and features a programme of UK and international artists.

At Southbank Centre, Liberty 2012 hosts a mixed, international programme that includes a cabaret evening in The Clore Ballroom, featuring Liz Carr, Laurence Clark, Jonny Crescendo and others. DJs play on the Riverside Terrace throughout the day and there is a new visual art installation on display.
